Circular in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree on personal data processing
For the purposes of registration and/or for the subsequent use of online services of the site oldbergstyle.com, it will be required to provide some personal data. The processing of these data will take place in compliance with the instructions contained in the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and its subsequent modifications and integrations. In application of this Decree, in accordance with art. 13, we inform you that:
Nature of awarding
The acquisition of the requested data is the essential prerequisite to use the available online services. In case of data failed awarding, teh registration and/or use of electronic services will not be successful.

The processing of personal data will take place until the explicit request to withdraw from online services. Amabile s.r.l. will keep the technical data related to the connections (log) to allow the security checks required by law and in order to improve the quality of the services offered and customize them according to user’s needs.
Scope of communication and distribution
Personal data, collected and stored in databases of Amabile s.r.l., will be treated exclusively in compliance with the purposes described, by employees and/or collaborators of personal data holder. They may be communicated to companies contractually linked to Amabile s.r.l. only to comply with contracts or related purposes. Processed data will not be disclosed in any way.

Rights of interested parties
The interested party has the right to exercise the rights provided by the art. 7 of the above-mentioned Legislative Decree, addressing the requests to Amabile s.r.l., at this address, Via Piano N ° 8, 63834 Massa Fermana (FM) or by e-mail: info@oldbergstyle.com. In particular the interested party has the right to: – obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; – obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as well as the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated; – obtain: a) the updating, rectification or integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; – to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Furthermore, at any time, by exercising the right of withdrawal from all the services requested, the user may request the total cancellation of all the data provided. In this case Amabile s.r.l. will keep the data related to the transactions carried out and those whose conservation is required by security requirements or legal obligations.
