Can I pay by credit card ?
You can choose to pay the order by credit card or debit card. The credit cards accepted are: VISA, MASTERCARD. Payments by POSTEPAY are also accepted, as well as all payments using rechargeable credit cards within the VISA ELECTRON circuit. The amount will be charged to the card at the time of shipping.
Can I pay with Paypal ?
Paypal is another secure online payment method that will allow you to make the payment of the order by accessing directly to your PayPal account, without the need to enter credit card information on the site. The data concerning your account and any information on your credit card will be managed directly by Paypal, which will simply provide us with a communication via e-mail after the payment is made. Can I pay cash on delivery?
By choosing this method of payment, you can pay your order directly to the courier on delivery. The courier will accept payments in cash, only if the amount is the same as the order indicated in the shipment confirmation email. For any refund you must indicate a bank or post office account.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. The products must be returned intact and undamaged.
Can I make a return?
Before making the return, please make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels and tags attached. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund. Send us a return request to the email address email@example.com, entering the details of your order and wait for the authorization email. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, as well as the choice of the carrier. The responsibility for delivery of the shipment is charged to the customer. You can send your return only from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.
Can I make a goods replacement?
If you wish to change the size and/or the color of the article you purchased, you can do it at no additional cost, within 14 days from the delivery date. Send us a change request at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating a new size and/or color among those available. We will reserve the new item for you and, after receipt of your return, we will send it to the initial address
How do refunds work?
The refund will be made with the payment method you used to complete the purchase, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
How long do I need to wait for a refund?
Refund times vary depending on the payment method selected:
– Credit Card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days from the return acceptance confirmation email. The time required to view the refund on your bank account depends on your financial institution.
– PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours from the return acceptance confirmation email.
– Cash on delivery: the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account with variable times.
What are delivery times of my order?
All deliveries take place between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm within 2-3 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third, the order will enter into our warehouse.
Once the order is placed, it will no be possible to change the shipping address. All orders are processed automatically and we are not able to change shipping and delivery times
Where will my orders be sent?
We ship throughout Italy and abroad. To send an order outside Italy, you must choose the destination country from the link on the page of the site. If you need assistance, contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Do I have to create an account to make purchases?
No, not necessarily. But by purchasing without logging in, you may lose the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive services that we reserve for our loyal customers.
